We Document Your Collections!

Protect the valuable, beloved items you have collected over the years. Whether you have artwork, jewelry, furniture, collectibles or other items you value, we will come to you to document, photograph and itemize them for insurance, appraisal, estate planning or inheritance purposes.

Why It Is Important to Have Your Collection Documented

  • Prepare for estate planning.

  • Judiciously divide valuables among family members to avoid arguments.

  • Share the memories of your collections and belongings to provide documentation of their history for future generations.

  • Catalog your collections to assist with appraisals (we do not provide appraisals).

  • In the event of a disaster, you can simplify your insurance recovery process by knowing exactly what was on your property.

  • Avoid letting auctioneers take advantage of you.

  • Share the memories of your collection so there is a documentation of it's history for future generations. (If you have ever watched Antique Roadshow - they so often ask the history of a valuable item and many times the family member does not know it).

Family Portrait
Working with Amy was a pleasure. She was professional and trustworthy. She took care of organizing my pieces, running around my house to get or return items, and was considerate and caring of my collection and my home.

I have peace of mind now, having my full collection of art documented. Highly recommend. Amy even dusted behind the artwork, before putting them back on the walls, after she documented each piece and she brings homemade treats for us to sample!
